About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on Zerega Ave in the Bronx, and the reviews keep circling back to the people working the front desk. Keion, Angie and Shana come up by name. Customers describe them as friendly, patient and willing to walk you through the rental process and unit sizes without rushing. This is a self-storage facility first, with vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles at many locations. Amenities listed include 24/7 access, cameras, alarm monitoring and climate controlled units. The place is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that accommodate it. One reviewer mentioned spacious grounds and good parking. Not every review is glowing. A ten-year customer left after three price hikes in a single year, blaming corporate rather than the local team. Worth knowing before you sign. Leases are month to month, and you can pay and rent online.
