About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in the Bronx and rents self-storage units plus spots for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. Access runs 24/7, and the site has cameras and alarm monitoring. Month-to-month leases and online payments keep the paperwork simple. Reviewers mostly talk about the people at the front desk. Tazia, Marquesse, Quselah, and Joshua come up by name, and plenty of folks call the team kind and helpful. Several mention laughing through a move. Others say finding a unit and picking a size was quick and easy. Not every review is warm. Some renters warn that promotional rates can climb sharply after the first couple of months, and one writes that climate control did not hold up. Another reports a theft and says cameras do not cover the whole property. Floors in some areas are worn, so carts rattle. Worth reading the recent reviews before you sign.
