About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Northshore handles the usual self-storage mix plus vehicle parking for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles. Many units are climate controlled, and the site has dollies and carts on hand for move-in day. Leases run month to month, and you can pay online. Reviewers keep bringing up Alicia, the manager. People say she answers questions clearly, honors posted specials, and sorts out snags like insurance paperwork without dragging it out. One renter called the place the cheapest they found in the area. Others describe a clean, modern facility and feeling fine arriving after hours. Not everyone is sold. A long-term tenant wrote that maintenance has slipped over the years, pointing to snow and ice that wasn't cleared and water getting into a unit. That review stands on its own against a strong overall rating, but it's worth a look at the property yourself before you sign.
