About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in Belleville handles RVs, boats, cars, and regular household goods. It's a self-storage place first, but they rent vehicle space too, including climate-controlled units. The gate has drive-through doors for rigs, and reviewers mention getting a camper in and out was easy. Staff get plenty of shout-outs. People call them courteous and understanding, and one reviewer said a manager named Sarah made a cross-country move feel smooth. Climate control comes up a lot in reviews, and several folks note clean units and quick fixes when something breaks. The place is well lit and secure, with indoor loading and easy bill pay. Not every review is glowing. Some complain about prices creeping up and drive-through doors staying broken for months. A few mention surprise fees and insurance requirements. The average sits at 4.3 stars across 294 reviews, so most people are satisfied, but it's worth reading the recent ones yourself before you commit.
