About Prime Storage
Prime Storage runs a self-storage facility on Route 52 in Beacon, and its listings cover vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles alongside regular units. Climate controlled units are available at some locations. The site is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviewers tend to talk about the people first. Several name staff members as friendly, patient, and good at walking them through the rental process without fuss. Others mention how clean the place looks and smells, easy setup, climate control, and carts on hand for moving day. A few say the office kiosk with video chat made check-in quick. Rent comes up often in the reviews, and not always kindly. Some renters describe attempts to raise their rate, in one case by a lot, and one person lost stored items after a payment mix-up. The facility has set office hours rather than round-the-clock access. Read the lease terms closely before you sign.
