About Prestige Storage - Kettering
Prestige Storage on the Kettering side of things runs a self-storage lot where the reviews keep coming back to the same few points: clean units, clear grounds, and staff who answer the phone. One reviewer said the units were clean and close to home. Another called the place safe and secure. Online rental gets mentioned a lot. People say you can sign up quick and get access to your unit right away, and a lock comes with it. The lot gets cleared of snow in winter. Truck rental is part of the operation too, and drivers note the trucks are clean and ready each day. Staff names that come up in reviews include Angie, Eugene and Lily, with several people saying they went out of their way to help. Not everything is glowing. One tenant measured a rented 5x10 closer to 4x9 and had trouble with a misaligned door latch. Others mention rate increases during their rental. Worth knowing before you sign.
