About Precision 1 Storage
Precision 1 Storage sits on Hwy 124, roughly halfway between Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls. RV owners here get covered spaces or outdoor gravel lots. The property is fenced with a gate code and cameras, and it's lit for after-dark access. Reviewers describe clean gravel parking with clearly marked spots. Several mention the rates as fair and the people as easy to deal with. One renter said issues were handled right away, and another noted the inside of the unit was clean. The gate and camera setup comes up more than once, which tracks for people leaving a rig for months. One reviewer had a family dispute over a lease and was not happy with how it was handled, so it's worth asking how notice and account contacts work. Online payment and phone-based signup come up in reviews too. The site is professionally managed and open 24/7 for access.
