About Pine Grove Storage
Pine Grove Storage handles self storage plus boat, trailer and motorhome parking in Redding. Reviewers say there is plenty of room for rigs, and one liked that it is close by and reasonably priced. The facility has cameras and online payments. Security is the sticking point in the reviews. Several renters describe break-ins where locks were cut, and they say management did not alert other tenants when it happened. One mentions putting a personal camera inside their unit afterward. The same reviewers say the response from the manager was unhelpful. Hours get a complaint too. One renter wishes they stayed open later at night, and another had trouble logging in to pay online. The average rating sits at 2.8 across 11 reviews. Worth reading those before you commit, especially if you keep valuable gear in the unit.
