About Pilot Self Storage
Pilot Self Storage in Cartersville offers covered and indoor units along with outdoor parking for boats, trailers, and vehicles. The facility is gated with code entry and security cameras. Reviewers often mention quick phone rentals and clean units, and several note the free lock waiting inside. One reviewer who kept a unit for 15 years recently found items chewed by rats, so outdoor storage may need extra pest control. Others appreciate the easy online application and the staff who answer questions without fuss. Access codes work on the first try, according to one review. It's a local operation serving Bartow County, with month-to-month terms and optional protection plans. If you need a spot close to home and want to handle most of the setup online, this place comes up often in reviews. Call to check availability for your rig.

What renters mention
“Very professional, very polite and I was able to rent my unit quickly and easily over the phone, and I loaded my furniture into the unit the same day! I recommend them over any storage I’ve used before! Thanks for a great experience!” – Michelle G., Edited 7 months ago, on Google
“The storage place is close to home, easy to access, and our unit was clean when we arrived. The second or third run I opened the door and a mouse ran out. The following day went to drop off another few boxes and a roach was on my things.” – Erin, 8 months ago, on Google
“I have been using this facility for years now. Anytime I’ve had a question or comment they reply immediately. They’re local and so convenient here in our small town. I would 100% recommend using them to store your belongings safely.” – Amber H., 3 months ago, on Google
