About Pelican Lock Storage
Pelican Lock Storage sits in Lafayette and handles more than just household goods. The lot is fenced and access runs through a key-coded gate, which reviewers say cut down on theft. If you're parking a rig, that's the kind of detail that matters. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 57 ratings. People bring up the grounds and cleanliness more than anything else, and several mention the staff being easy to deal with. One reviewer called the website user friendly. A few point to video cameras and the security setup. Not every note is positive. One customer waited months on a unit door repair and then got a 35 percent rent increase. Worth knowing before you sign. The facility has office hours rather than 24/7 access, so plan your drop-off around that. For RV and boat owners who want a locked, fenced spot in town, it's a solid local option.
