Online rental takes a few minutes, then the manager calls to welcome you and point out the dollies and trash cans so you are not hauling your own. Reviewers keep praising Melody, the on-site manager, for being friendly and helpful. One family settling an estate from out of town said her help made a hard week easier. Others like the clean buildings and the security setup that sends real-time alerts when a unit is opened. The app that unlocks the building confused a couple of renters at first, though they got the hang of it fast. Two things to know before you book. Access runs 6am to 9pm, and one reviewer wished it were 24/7. Another was unhappy that moving out mid-month meant no refund for the rest of the month. U-Haul rentals, boxes and packing supplies are on site.
