About Patriot Properties
Patriot Properties is a property management company in Tomah that also lists covered RV and boat storage among its services. Access is available around the clock, so you can get to your rig outside normal business hours. The company's Google rating sits at 2.2 across 20 reviews. Those reviews focus mostly on the apartments, not the storage side. Common themes include maintenance requests that took repeat visits, units that weren't clean at check-in, and smells like must and mildew. Several people mention pricing and deposit issues. Location and storage details like unit sizes or rates aren't posted here. If you're weighing a spot for your coach, stop by in person and ask what's actually available. Deciding on your storage based on review text alone may not tell the whole story.
