About One Box Storage
One Box Storage sits on North Weinbach Ave in Evansville, just off Morgan Avenue and Weinbach. It handles both indoor and outdoor storage, and the big spaces go up to 36x40 for RVs, boats, or contractor gear. Easy to reach from that side of town. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: the staff and the security. People describe Melody as friendly and quick to follow up, and one renter said it felt like dealing with a friend. Others point to cameras all over the property, a well-lit lot, and gate codes that greet you by name at the keypad. Students at the University of Evansville mentioned the staff worked around their timeline. Not every review is glowing. One tenant complained about an illegally parked car blocking access to their unit and felt the issue wasn't handled in their favor. Worth knowing before you sign. Smaller units start around 6x10, contracts run month to month, and you can rent online and pay online any time.
