About Northgate Self-Storage
Northgate Self-Storage is a veteran-owned facility in Jackson, Tennessee, offering a mix of climate-controlled and traditional self-storage units. They also provide specialized parking for RVs, boats, and automobiles. The site is lit, and they rent U-Haul trucks and sell moving supplies. Reviewers often mention the courteous staff, with several praising specific employees for their helpful problem-solving. One customer said the service was the best and that they wouldn't go anywhere else. Others have noted issues with rodents in units and unexpected fees, so it's worth asking about pest control and cleanup policies before you sign. The facility is open during set hours, not 24/7. With a 4.0 rating from 64 reviews, it's a place where you'll find friendly service but should check the details that matter for your rig.
