About National Storage
National Storage on the north side of Monroe runs a self-storage facility that also handles cars, boats and other vehicles, plus moving and packaging supplies if you need boxes on the way in. The office gets steady praise in reviews for being friendly and quick to help, with staff members like Rebecca and Tiffany named more than once. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean the units are and how secure the place feels. Security cameras and a controlled unit come up in the feedback, and several people mention the staff helped them pick the right size just by describing what they were storing. Sizes weren't listed in what we have, so ask the office if you have a specific rig in mind. Renting is month to month, and you can pay online or reserve a unit through the website. Hours aren't 24/7, but the property does have set access times. One couple has rented here twice for about a year each and says they never worried about their things.
