About Mt Pilot Self Storage
Mt Pilot Self Storage handles self storage and RV parking in Pilot Mountain. It has a 4.4 rating across 39 Google reviews, and the thing reviewers bring up most is the staff. Ginger comes up by name more than once, described as nice and friendly. Lisa and her crew get the same treatment from longer-term renters. People who have stored here since 2009 say they have not had issues and call the units very clean and well maintained. One reviewer switched from a place a few miles down the road after comparing prices and came out paying less for a bigger unit. Another appreciated getting a call about a forgotten payment before a late fee hit. Not every review is positive. One renter described card and late-fee problems that ended with a call being hung up, and another had a dispute with the owner. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit. Hours are posted, so call ahead before you drive over.
