About Mount Storage
Mount Storage sits on the south side of Commercial Drive in Taylor, about a mile north of Temple College. It's a self-storage facility where the larger units can handle RVs, trailers, boats, and jet skis, so you can drop your gear before heading to Lake Granger. Access is 24/7 and you can pay online. The place gets a 4.7 from 24 Google reviews. People mention the prices as a strong point, and several note the helpful crew, like Carlos and Rheannon, who made leasing easy. Longtime renters have seen upgrades like new paint and resurfaced pavement. Not every review is positive. A couple of people report rats getting into units and water damage, and one says the facility was dirty. Others call it clean. If you're considering a unit, it's worth reading the reviews yourself and checking the specific space before you sign.
