About Mount Rose Mini Storage
Mount Rose Mini Storage sits in Reno and handles self-storage along with boat and RV parking. Gates are open 7am to 9pm. The grounds are fully fenced and well lit, and cameras run around the clock. Managers can tell you about alarmed units if you want one. The front office carries moving and packing supplies, so boxes or a padlock are a short walk away. Reviewers mostly land on the people. Several call the owners friendly and helpful, and one long-time tenant says managers have been helpful over 20 years and rent can be paid online. One reviewer praises a desk worker who put them on a waiting list for a trailer spot. Not every review is warm. One customer describes the owner as rude and says they felt interrogated and belittled. Availability can be tight; the waiting list story backs that up. It holds a 4.5 rating from 28 Google reviews.

What renters mention
“The lady at the desk was so helpful and pleasant. She didn't have any availability for our trailer at the present but was kind enough to place us on a waiting list for the next available spot.” – meg s., Edited 8 years ago, on Google
“Great ownership and probably the friendliest people in Reno! They are currently helping me store my vehicle I live in while I fly back home for the holidays and they have definitely gone over and above to help me! Thank you!” – Out R., 4 years ago, on Google
“Super nice, helpful owners. Good pricing, nice facility, good location. Very happy I searched beyond the big names who tried to force extra fees. I echo the other reviewer who wrote, "they deserve your business".” – Rob R., 5 years ago, on Google
