About modSTORAGE
modSTORAGE sits on Airport Way in Monterey, and the reviews back up the tech-forward pitch. Access runs through an app or a smart lock system that records each entry, and you can hand someone else access without passing along a key. Gates lock at night, cameras run around the clock, and units are individually alarmed. Cleanliness comes up again and again. Reviewers mention spotless hallways, fresh plug-ins, and even a clean bathroom. Staff get named for being kind and helpful, including one instance where they stayed open a few extra minutes so a customer could grab an appliance dolly after a cross-country move. Others describe easy sign-up with no long-term commitment. Beyond storage, the facility handles moving supplies, package placement, and online payments. Climate control and lit hallways are part of the setup. The office has posted hours and the property is wheelchair accessible.
