About ModBox Storage - Flat Rock
ModBox Storage on S Allen Road handles uncovered RV, boat, and vehicle parking, plus self storage units if you need room for gear. The lot is paved and gated, and you get in with a gate code, day or night. Reviewers keep coming back to the same things. The place is clean and feels secure, and people mention the fence and cameras. Folks who rented online said it was quick and the staff were easy to reach by phone when they had questions. One noted the lot is graded well for water runoff, which matters after a wet spell. A long-term tenant of about five years stuck with it through an ownership change and some minor record mixups, and says things have otherwise been good. You can rent and pay online. Leases run month to month, and protection plans are offered.
