About Mini Mall Storage
Mini Mall Storage sits on the Tomball side of things, with covered, indoor and outdoor spots for RVs, cars and boats alongside standard self-storage units. The property is fenced and gated, has cameras, and offers 24/7 access. Some units are climate controlled, and the office carries packing and moving supplies if you need them. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Steph, Reanna and Brianna come up by name, and people describe them as patient and willing to sort out unit sizes and prices. Cleanliness gets mentioned a lot too, and the place is often called quiet. At 4.5 stars across 122 reviews, the feedback is mostly good. One reviewer did flag the on-site restroom as an ongoing problem that hadn't been cleaned up despite multiple calls and emails. Worth knowing before you commit.
