About Mini Mall Storage
Mini Mall Storage sits in Lake Charles and rents covered, indoor and outdoor space, including spots for boats. The lot is gated, lit and watched by cameras, with 24/7 access for tenants. Climate control is available, and the office sells packing and moving supplies. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Ashley comes up by name again and again, described as patient and quick to sort out a reservation mix-up before move-in. Reviewers also call the place clean and well-maintained, and a few mention easy renting and reasonable pricing. One reviewer flagged a catch worth knowing: rent runs on a 28-day cycle, not a full calendar month, so payment dates creep earlier over the year. Another had a rough experience with a truck rental and says a Louisiana wallet ID wasn't accepted. The place is women-owned and wheelchair accessible.
