About Mini Mall Storage - Elkview
Mini Mall Storage sits on Elk River Road in Elkview, near the BP gas station and the Chinese restaurant. It's a self-storage spot that also handles RVs, boats, and cars, with covered, indoor, and outdoor storage options. The place is gated and has cameras, and you can get in 24/7 if you need to. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Kara and Shawna. People say they're helpful and know their stuff. One person called renting painless and a good value. Another mentioned the online paperwork was easy to deal with. A few long-time customers weren't happy when a new company took over and raised rates, but even they had good things to say about Kara. If you're parking a rig here, you're getting a clean facility with climate control and packing supplies on site. Rates are fair according to several reviews, though it's worth asking about taxes and due dates since that came up.
