About Midtown Storage
Midtown Storage sits in Triadelphia, West Virginia, and handles self-storage along with automobile, boat, and RV storage. The facility has a 3.9-star rating from 17 Google reviews, and the feedback covers a lot of ground. Some reviewers call out helpful staff by name and say they have had no trouble with their units or getting vehicles taken care of. Others tell a different story: damaged belongings from mice that went unacknowledged, a deposit refund that took repeated requests, and lease disagreements that led to lockouts. One reviewer came away happy with a truck inspection and praised the polite, friendly service. If you are parking a rig here, the reviews suggest it is worth asking direct questions about the lease terms and what happens if something goes wrong. The place has its fans and its critics, and the spread is wide.
