About Midgard Self Storage
Midgard Self Storage sits in Key West, and the reviews keep circling back to two things: clean units and helpful staff. Reviewers name Lee, Melina, Darryl, Michelle and Marcy, and the words friendly and patient come up a lot. One person said the rental process went smoother than expected. Cameras run 24/7, access is fenced, and units are treated for pests. Some units are climate controlled, though that varies by location. There are dollies and moving carts on hand, plus packing and moving supplies if you show up short. You can pay and rent online. Not everything gets praise. A reviewer noted a bay door had been broken for about a year and another stuck after opening a foot, and said the facility could be better maintained given higher prices. Worth knowing before you pick a unit. Overall rating is 4.6 from 136 reviews, with cleanliness the most mentioned topic.

“I never dealt with a automated assistant, but they all were quick problem solver n patient; more so than (I believe) than dealing with someone on site. So since it was my first experience, I must say, "keep up the good work".” – Diaba M., 8 months ago, on Google
