About Midgard Self Storage
Midgard Self Storage sits in Florence, Alabama, and pulls a 4.6 rating across 276 Google reviews. The office runs clean, and reviewers keep mentioning the same thing: the people. One called out Sam by name for treating her like a person instead of a number. Another said Chris had her set up fast. Units come clean and pest-treated, and the property is fenced with 24/7 cameras on it. Climate-controlled and drive-up options are available, though they vary by location, so ask which building has what. Carts and dollies are on hand inside for moving day. One reviewer had to walk around hunting for her 900-series unit because the door wasn't marked well. Small thing, but worth knowing. You can rent online or walk in and use the kiosk. Pricing is clear and there's no admin fee. Folks moving out of a house in a hurry have landed a unit here when other places were full, trailer and all.

What renters mention
“This is the first time that I have used Midgard Self Storage. I had the best customer service from Sam (Sam I Am). I didn’t feel like a number but she handled my needs for a storage unit on a personal level.” – Travis P., 6 months ago, on Google
“Excellent facilities and directions. Building could have been marked better, as 900 series units were not shown on a door number, so we had to get out and look for them, then move the vehicle to the nearest door.” – Lori C., a month ago, on Google
“We sold our house and needed an additional unit but the place we had our other unit had no vacancies then we found Midgard and they hooked us up with what we needed.” – Tony K., 5 years ago, on Google
