About Midgard Self Storage
Midgard Self Storage on the south side of Columbia offers both indoor and outdoor storage options for RVs. The facility has 24/7 cameras, fenced access, and clean units that are professionally treated for pests. Climate-controlled spaces are available, though availability varies. Reviewers often mention the staff by name and describe them as patient and knowledgeable, especially when answering questions about unit sizes. One reviewer said the virtual assistant was surprisingly helpful, and another appreciated that Casey fixed an online error quickly. The online rental process gets mixed mentions, but most people seem to get through it fine. Not every review is positive. One long-term customer reported theft from an outdoor unit and said communication from the facility was poor afterward. That's worth knowing if you're parking a rig you care about. Overall, the place earns a 4.4 from 170 reviews, with kind staff being the most common praise.
