About Midgard Self Storage
Midgard Self Storage sits in Castle Hayne, NC, and rents self storage plus boat and RV space. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 155 ratings, and the staff names that come up most are Keisha, Cassy, Jessica and Laidy. People describe them as kind, patient and knowledgeable, the kind of help that matters when you are sorting out a move. The property has 24/7 cameras, fenced access and lit grounds. Units are professionally treated for pests, and climate-controlled and drive-up options vary by location. You can rent online, pay online, and either talk to an onsite manager or use the self-service kiosk. Not every review is praise. Some renters found the climate-controlled area dark with limited lighting, and one hit a puddle of water. The cancellation process drew complaints, and so did a monthly penalty for insurance updates. Pricing gets called fair by several reviewers, though. If those points matter to you, ask before you sign.

“The agent I worked with was very professional and appreciated his support HOWEVER, MidGuard’s policy of charging $14 monthly penalty for not updating the insurance is ridiculous.” – Gregory D., 4 months ago, on Google
