About Midgard Self Storage
Midgard Self Storage sits in Bluffton, SC, and rents units for household goods, boats, and trucks. The site has fenced access and 24/7 cameras. Climate-controlled and drive-up options vary by location. Google reviewers rate it 4.5 across 238 reviews, and staff courtesy comes up often. People mention Casey and Beth by name for helping with trailer rentals and unit questions. One reviewer liked that call notes carried between reps. Not every review is positive: one customer reported rats ruined stored belongings despite a climate-controlled unit and pest treatment. Move-in runs through an onsite manager or a self-service kiosk. A couple of reviewers found the tech-heavy process takes adjusting, and one waited 35 minutes for an unlock code while unloading a U-Haul. Online rentals and payments are available, along with dollies, carts, and packing supplies.
