About Midgard Self Storage
Midgard Self Storage sits in Augusta, Georgia, and rents units for everyday storage along with boat and RV parking. Reviews mention clean units and friendly staff more than anything else. One customer came in for packing boxes, left in a better mood, and named Abby as the reason. Another signed up with Meghan and appreciated how she walked through the lease and portal. The setup is straightforward. Fenced access and 24/7 cameras cover the property, and units are professionally treated for pests. Climate-controlled and drive-up options vary by location, so ask which ones apply here. You can rent online or use a self-service kiosk, and there is no admin fee. Dollies and moving carts are on hand, and packing supplies are sold on site. Not every visit goes smoothly. One reviewer could not find anyone on site for a U-Haul and found the AI screen frustrating, though a manager later apologized and a staff member named Jay got them signed up. The pavement slopes in places to handle rain, so watch your step around the units. The office is wheelchair accessible.
