About Lockaway Storage
Lockaway Storage on 1604 runs a plain self-storage yard that also takes RVs, boats and cars. The gate is fenced and lit, cameras watch the property, and you get a code for access hours that fit your schedule. Units rent month to month, and you can sign up and pay online without standing in an office. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Tom comes up again and again in write-ups, and Docia gets named for walking people through the details. People describe the process as quick, the units as clean, and the whole place as friendly. One renter said they've used it twice and would go back. Another called it the most reasonable storage around. It sits near the Walmart Supercenter, easy to reach from Leon Valley, Helotes and Northwest Crossing. Climate controlled units and drive-up access are available. The listing runs with a 4.9 rating across 402 Google reviews. If a specific unit size or rate matters to you, ask the office before you commit.
