About Lakeside Storage
Lakeside Storage is a self-storage facility in Hollister, Missouri that also lists boat, automobile and RV storage among its categories. Cameras are mentioned on site. The reviews are mixed. A few people praise the automated phone system for updating them on their place in line before a call was answered. Others describe billing problems, trouble reaching anyone by phone, a full voicemail inbox, and a website that was down. One long-term renter said their monthly rate went up more than once over three years. Another moved out after eight years and said things changed when management shifted to an out-of-state operation. A couple of reviewers reported rodents getting into units and said they saw no bait stations or exterior rodent control around the buildings. Another called the cameras too low in quality to be useful for security. The rating sits at 3.6 from 19 reviews, so read through them before you commit to a spot.
