About KO Storage
KO Storage sits on Broad St in Waynesboro, and RV owners here get drive-up units, so you pull right to the door instead of hauling gear down a hallway. The facility has security cameras, and reviewers mention them more than once, along with the clean, secure feel of the place. Reviews point to the staff first. People describe the office crew as courteous and patient, including one customer who had trouble finding the location and figuring out the lock and got walked through both. Others mention quick replies to online inquiries and a simple cancellation process with no surprise fees. Renting and paying can be done online, and rentals run month to month. Reviewers like the auto-pay setup and the rates. A few note that late fees are strict, but they call it good communication. Some wish units had power for lights, though one reviewer understands why they don't.
