About KO Storage
KO Storage on N State Hwy CC in Nixa offers covered and indoor storage, including space for RVs and boats. Rentals are month to month. The online booking process gets praise for being easy to use, and several reviewers mention helpful staff. One customer said Bridget was efficient and pleasant during move-out. The facility has code entry and 24/7 access, though one reviewer noted the on-site manager isn't always there. Not all feedback is positive. Some reviewers report rent increases over time, a gate that has been broken for extended periods, and a mouse issue in a climate-controlled unit. Others mention trouble reaching a person by phone. The location works well for folks around Springfield. If you're considering it, read the recent reviews and ask about gate status and pest control.
