About KO Storage
KO Storage on Merrill Rd in Lewiston handles RVs, boats, and regular self-storage. It's a plain facility, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done for locals who need a spot to park a rig. Reviews are mixed. Some people praise the staff, like Lynne and Cheska, for sorting out billing messes and being helpful. One customer called Lynne fantastic after she fixed a fee issue. But others complain about lock cuts and not being able to reach anyone. The website and phone system come up a few times, and a couple of folks say they had to wait on hold. Rent is mentioned often. One review noted a promotional rate that jumped after a few months. Another person was bummed about a small price increase but figured it was expected. If you want online payments, month-to-month rentals, and a location that's easy to get to, it's worth a look. Just read the reviews and decide for yourself.

What renters mention
“KO acquired Merrill Rd storage, and their records were less than accurate. I called to check on the status of my account, which had fees on it that should have been removed prior to KO.” – Pat M., 2 years ago, on Google
“Not too shabby for the location it’s in. No complications I have had and grateful for having the opportunity of renting from KO Storage. Little bummed out from the small price increase, but to be expected with everything going up in price.” – Michael R., a year ago, on Google
“I've had a unit at this place for nearly six years. Having dealt with Sherry ... I don't know who owned it before but I can't believe they let her work there so long. I'm looking forward to dealing the new owners.” – Sandi (., Edited 5 years ago, on Google
