About KO Storage
KO Storage sits on E Porte Ct in Harlingen, and it handles more than the usual household overflow. The site offers RV storage along with standard and climate controlled units, so there is room for a rig and for whatever you need to keep dry. Access is drive-up with wide aisles, and cameras watch the grounds. Leases run month to month, which helps if your plans change. You can rent and pay online, and the office takes questions during posted hours. Reviewer ratings land around 4.3 across 64 reviews, and several people single out a helpful staff member by name. Not every review is warm. Some tenants complain about price hikes not long after signing, and a few mention dead insects, trash and unkempt grass. Others report spiders and rodents. It is worth a walk-through before you commit, and worth asking what the rate looks like down the road.

What renters mention
“Rio Storage East was where I rented & it was a great & secure location. The managers were always very nice to us. I read reviews before going in and found that the negative reviews more than likely didn't tell the whole story.” – TR J., a year ago, on Google
“Samm at KO Storage was amazingly helpful, courteous and patient. The world would be an even more wonderful place if we all extended the same kindness and understanding to those with whom we come in contact with every day. Stay gold, Samm.” – Dianne F., 10 months ago, on Google
“Max was very helpful and patient helping me to get into climate controlled storage in Harlingen, Tx. Going through a stressful time during our relocation and KO Storages of Harlingen helped relieve some of this tension. Thank you Max!!!” – Pittman B., 2 months ago, on Google
