About KLG Properties
KLG Properties runs a self-storage lot in Chariton, Iowa, and RV and boat units are part of the mix alongside mini storage. The units are described as dry and clean, with 24/7 access and video surveillance on site. Short-term and long-term rentals are both offered. The Google rating sits at 4.4 from 7 reviews, so it is a small sample. Not all of the feedback is kind. One reviewer aired a serious complaint about upkeep and how the place is run, saying they would give no stars at all. That is worth weighing against the rest. This is a straightforward local storage option rather than a big operation. If you want to see the lot and the units before committing, get in touch to ask about availability.
