About Key Storage
Key Storage sits in New Brighton and pulls customers from Rochester, Beaver, Beaver Falls, Ellwood City and the rest of Beaver County. It's a self-storage place first, but RV, boat and vehicle storage are part of the mix, so you're not squeezing a rig into a spot meant for a sedan. Drive-up units and wide drive aisles make it easier to get in and out. The gate is a recurring topic in reviews. One person said problems with it got handled right away, which says something about how the place is run. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Six of them mention helpful people, and the owners get called friendly and caring. Someone who stayed six years said they never had an issue. Easy account setup and online auto pay come up more than once. Questions get answered within a few hours, according to one review, and another customer said calls, emails and texts all got quick replies. Rentals run month to month. Access is 24 hours.
