About Katy Storage Lot
This is an outdoor storage lot tucked off Rosner and Westheimer in Katy, sitting between some nice homes. It's a small spot, and reviewers tend to describe it that way too. Access is 24 hours, which comes up again and again in reviews. People storing trailers mention easy in-and-out and no trouble over a year of use. The owner gets called friendly and courteous by more than one person, and several call the prices reasonable or the best in Katy. It holds trailers, trucks, cars, and RVs. It isn't perfect. One reviewer said they could never reach anyone by phone and that a neighbor's RV had its wheels stolen, with a confusing answer from the owner about video. Another wished you could work on a vehicle there, though they noted that's a common rule at storage lots. Ratings sit at 4.6 from 10 reviews.

“Awesome prices and 24 hour access! Wish you could work on a vehicle there but that's a pretty standard restriction at most storage lots. I think that's offset by the great prices.” – Mark L., 7 years ago, on Google
