About Jackson Self Storage
Jackson Self Storage runs two locations in Jackson, Cooper Street and Michigan Ave, with brand-new units and outdoor storage for RVs and boats. Reviews call the units new and very nice, and a few people said renting was easy, including one who did it online. The gate and cameras come up in reviews, though not always the way you'd hope. One renter found the security gate open on arrival and thought it should stay shut when the office is closed. Another said the gate was never closed in a couple of months there. Pricing and payment draw mixed feedback too. One reviewer wanted more competitive rates and objected to how refunds work on the month-to-month agreement. Others had trouble paying when the website was down and found the office closed during posted hours. Cleanliness gets repeated praise, so the units themselves seem well kept.
