About Iowa Storage Solutions
Iowa Storage Solutions is an indoor storage facility in Elk Run Heights, and the reviews lean heavily on the staff. Jamie comes up by name often, described as friendly, flexible, and quick to work with when plans change. One renter said they were set up within an hour of calling. The units themselves get called nice and clean. A reviewer who parked a 5th wheel inside mentioned wide driveways that are easy to maneuver, plus an outlet in the unit for a trickle charger. The building has a chain or electric opener on the roll-up door. Lighting is bright LED, and the lot is fenced with high resolution cameras running. Access is 24/7, and one reviewer specifically liked the access hours. Most of the 42 ratings are high, though at least one person had a serious complaint about security and items removed from their unit. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
