About Independence Mini Storage
Independence Mini Storage is a fenced facility with electronic gate access and digital surveillance. You can get to your unit 24/7, and there's boat and RV storage on site. It's a straightforward spot for rig owners who want their gear watched. Reviewers consistently mention the staff, especially managers Sam and Jelea, as friendly and helpful. The place gets called clean and well maintained, and security is a common note. One long-term tenant said they never worried about their property. Another mentioned drive-up access and locks sold in the office. Not every review is glowing. One former tenant warned about steep late fees and a lien process after 28 days, plus a cash-only policy for fees. So keep your payments on time. For RV owners, the camera coverage and daily patrols are a plus. If you need a spot in Independence, this one's worth a look.
