About Hold It Storage
Hold It Storage in Lorain offers self storage, boat storage, and RV storage. Reviewers often mention the friendly staff, with one calling them "the best staff I've ever dealt with." Another appreciates that employees help because they care, not just because it's their job. Access hours are good, but the facility isn't open 24/7. One reviewer noted that last winter snow wasn't plowed, which blocked access to their motorhome and could be a problem for winter travel. Prices are described as reasonable and better than other facilities. The facility provides online payments and sells packing and moving supplies. A U-Haul trailer rental is also available on site. Not all reviews are positive. One recent review says the place has gone downhill and that new staff were rude and unprofessional. Another suggests asking for Tim, claiming he's the real owner and offers a discount if you mention Chewbacca, but that's unverified and likely a joke. The facility has a 4.6-star rating from 74 Google reviews.
