About Heritage Self Storage
Heritage Self Storage sits in Cullman, Alabama, and locals seem to like it. It's gated, well lit, and has cameras watching around the clock. Reviewers mention clean units and good lighting throughout the property. Staff gets a lot of credit in the reviews. People call them friendly and helpful, and one reviewer said they work hard to meet customer needs. The payment process is easy too, by phone or online. There's also an on-site bathroom, which is a small thing that comes up more than you'd expect. One review noted a snag with U-Haul furniture blankets and the office being closed on Saturdays. Beyond that, folks who've stored here for years say they've never had a problem. The place is also voted Best of The Best by the Cullman Times, so it has some local bragging rights.
