About Heartland Storage
This is the old Shawnee Bend Boat Storage, now part of the Heartland Storage Group. It sits near Shawnee Bend, so it draws a lot of boat and camper owners headed to the lake. Units come covered or fully enclosed. The place is fenced with keypad gate access, cameras running around the clock, and lights on the grounds. Reviewers often mention Sam and Austin by name for answering questions and getting them set up fast, sometimes on a holiday weekend. One renter signed the lease and got lock and gate codes online without ever stopping by. A few people note the floors are gravel, not concrete, and suggest pallets under boxes. Not everyone is happy. Some long-time renters complain about rate increases under the new ownership and slow phone response. Others call the pricing better than other spots in Warsaw. The 4.4 rating across 91 reviews reflects both sides.

What renters mention
“I would use them anytime I need storage for our boat or camper they were willing to work with us and keep us updated on any changes getting ahold of them is easy and they are more then willing to keep us updated on storms damages if any.” – Deborah B., 6 months ago, on Google
“Great experience and they made it very simple to rent a unit. I was able to do everything online and over email/text, from e-signing the lease to getting the lock and gate codes. Unit price was cheaper than other places in Warsaw.” – Michael E., 3 months ago, on Google
“Not what I expected, the floor is gravel, and there's a gap at the bottom of the door, so if you have cardboard boxes, I'd advise getting some pallets to put it on, but you can't beat the price.” – Brandon B., 4 months ago, on Google
