About GBD Storage
GBD Storage sits in Richland, Washington, and rents drive-up units along with covered boat and RV parking. It's gated, and the grounds are kept clean. Reviewers mention that repeatedly, along with easy setup for a rental. The office gets good marks for response time. People say questions and concerns get answered quickly, and staff were accommodating when one renter needed a second unit. Another has stored belongings here close to 10 years and reports no problems across a change in ownership. Not everything is glowing. One reviewer describes a break-in and a rough experience trying to sort it out. Another notes the units aren't airtight or climate controlled, so blowing sand from nearby fields can get inside. Rent came up in reviews, including someone leaving over the monthly cost. Worth knowing before you commit to a space for your rig.
