About Forward Business Park
Forward Business Park on W Beecher St covers a lot of ground. It's a converted factory, so the indoor units are big, dry and heated, and you can see the different sized locked units when you walk through. Reviewers describe the place as clean and neat, and one notes they may also rent exterior areas for RVs and similar rigs. Outdoor and indoor storage are both in the mix here, and the lot is lit. Staff get mixed marks. Several reviewers call the woman at the desk pleasant and say payment was easy, and one praises an owner and staff as friendly. Another had a rude phone call about availability. Management gets credit for responding quickly, and one tenant stores work equipment and supplies there feeling secure about it. Other services include alarm monitoring, moving carts and online payments. It sits close to M-52, and one reviewer just likes that it's close to home.
