About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage sits on Quam Avenue in St Michael, an annex of the main facility. The rental office is about 2 miles south at 14450 James Road in Rogers, so plan to stop there to sign up. Online rentals and payments are available if you'd rather handle it from your phone. Indoor units are the main draw here, and climate controlled storage is offered. The property is gated with 24-hour security monitoring, and drive-up access saves some walking. Reviewers often mention Denise by name and say she's helpful with questions about which size fits. Others describe the rental process as easy and the units as clean. Not everyone is glowing. One long-term renter said the rows are dead-ends, which makes moving a truck and trailer through the lot difficult. Another complained about a rent increase and doors that needed work. The rating sits at 4.4 from 22 Google reviews. If you're hauling a rig, drive through the lot first.
