About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage sits just off US-14 on Pendant Lane, near Cascade Apartments in Rochester. If you are parking an RV or boat, the extra large units are the draw, though the site also lists covered, indoor, and outdoor options plus drive-up spaces for bulky gear. Climate control is available for anything that needs a break from Minnesota weather. Reviewers give it 4.8 stars across 112 Google reviews, and the recurring theme is the staff. Mike, the manager, comes up again and again for patience and for walking people through unit choices. People also mention the place staying clean, the gated access with cameras, and a rental process that let some folks get into a unit the same day. A few reviewers call out a free trailer and a promotional discount on larger units. Others mention transferring units without trouble and getting quick responses when something came up. Hours are posted but the gate is not open around the clock, so check the schedule before you plan a late haul.
