About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage sits at 3255 43rd Street South in Fargo and has been renting storage space to folks around here for over 15 years. The operation covers self storage, climate controlled units, and parking for RVs, boats, and cars. Online rentals and online payments are both offered. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 153 of them. People keep mentioning the staff, and a few describe getting moved into a smaller unit in about 15 minutes after asking questions. Others call the facility clean, well maintained, and secure. One moving company owner says he has used Five Star spots off 32nd for both his business and personal storage. The lot draws some gripes worth knowing. Units sit close together, and one reviewer says pulling a trailer or a large U-Haul through the property is tough. The lobby is closed more than it is open, and some tasks send you to the corporate office. Hours are limited too, not 24/7.

What renters mention
“The customer service was good on checkin. The issue I have had before that I thought they would fix is if you get an inside storage unit, they have pallets lined up along the wall for people to use. Which is great.” – Rich O., 2 years ago, on Google
“Great clean storage with fair prices. Super easy to obtain and access storage with modern conveniences.” – Jimmy W., 11 months ago, on Google
“We have been storing house hold items for a family member at Five Star for two years and needed to down size our storage unit. They answered all our questions and rented us a smaller unit in the same facility in 15 minutes.” – Douglas D., a year ago, on Google
